Policy

For small orders we require at least 48-hour notice for communication and preparation.  For large orders there may be a rush charge for orders placed the week of the event.

 For catered events, a non-refundable deposit is due to reserve the date in our books.

For large orders, we have service contracts which are tailored to each job.

We offer delivery of your orders within our travel range. You may also choose to pick up your order at a designated location.​ For catered events we provide set up for arrangements.

For catered events we utilize our own serving tools which must be cleaned and returned afterwards. Upon your request we can utilize what is provided to us at the venue. ​This does not apply to trays, desserts, charcuterie cups, and charcuterie boxes.
